MYWARDROOP – SHIPPING POLICY

Applies To: All orders placed within Dubai, United Arab Emirates
1. Shipping Coverage (Dubai‑Only)
MYWARDROOP currently delivers exclusively within Dubai, UAE. We do not offer shipping to other emirates or international destinations at this time.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery Through Third‑Party Logistics (3PL)
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, MYWARDROOP uses a third‑party logistics provider (3PL) for:
- Warehousing & storage
- Inventory handling
- Pick & pack
- Dispatch & last‑mile delivery
- Return collection (where applicable)
Because fulfillment is handled by a 3PL:
- Delivery routing, scheduling, and courier assignment are controlled by the 3PL
- Storage conditions are managed by the 3PL
- MYWARDROOP does not control courier performance
- MYWARDROOP is not liable for courier delays, mishandling, or failed delivery attempts unless required under UAE law
3. Processing Times
Standard Products (UAE Wholesalers)
Orders sourced from UAE wholesalers typically require:
- 1–2 business days for processing
- Additional time if items are restocked or sourced from multiple suppliers
Processing time may vary based on supplier availability.
Print‑on‑Demand (POD) Products
POD items are custom‑made by a third‑party manufacturing partner.
Typical POD production time:
- 2–5 business days for printing
- Additional time during peak seasons or high‑volume periods
Production timelines are controlled by the POD partner, not MYWARDROOP.
4. Delivery Timeframes (Dubai)
Once your order is processed and handed to the courier:
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
- POD delivery: 3–7 business days (production + delivery)
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic restrictions
- Government regulations
- Courier capacity
- High‑volume periods
- Supplier or POD production delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
MYWARDROOP is not liable for delays caused by third‑party partners.
5. Delivery Notifications
Customers may receive notifications from the courier or 3PL partner, including:
- Order dispatch confirmation
- Delivery ETA
- Courier arrival alerts
- Failed delivery attempts
Notifications may be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call depending on the courier’s system.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery information
- Ensuring safe access for couriers (buildings, gates, security)
- Ensuring availability at the delivery location
- Responding to courier communication
- Providing access to restricted or gated areas
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Inability to access the location
- Refusal to accept the package
The courier may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Return the package to the 3PL warehouse
- Charge additional redelivery or storage fees
MYWARDROOP is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer error.
7. Delivery Address Changes
Address changes cannot be made once the order is:
- In processing
- Packed
- Dispatched

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately.
We will attempt to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product type
- Courier rates
- Weight or volumetric weight
- Special handling requirements (if any)
Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where required under UAE Consumer Protection Law, including:
- When MYWARDROOP fails to deliver due to its own error
- When a defective item is returned under UAE law
9. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately
- We will coordinate with the courier to investigate
- Courier investigations may take up to 7–10 business days
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will assist in filing a claim with the courier
- Eligible items will be replaced or refunded according to UAE Consumer Protection Law
MYWARDROOP is not liable for damage caused by the courier unless required under UAE law.
10. POD Product Delivery Considerations
Because POD items are produced by a third‑party manufacturer:
- POD items may ship separately from standard products
- POD items may use different couriers
- POD items may have separate tracking numbers
- POD items may arrive later than standard items
- POD packaging may differ from MYWARDROOP branding
- POD items cannot be expedited
- POD items cannot be cancelled once production begins
11. Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if:
- It contains POD items
- It contains items from multiple suppliers
- Some items require additional processing time
- Inventory is stored in different 3PL facilities
You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
12. Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided by the courier or 3PL partner. Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may not always reflect real‑time movement.
13. Customer Verification
To prevent fraud, MYWARDROOP may:
- Request identity verification
- Request address confirmation
- Hold orders until verification is complete
- Cancel orders that fail verification
- Block accounts suspected of fraudulent activity
Verification may delay shipping.
14. Force Majeure
MYWARDROOP is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Political events
- Government restrictions or regulatory actions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Courier strikes
- System outages
- Third‑party operational failures
15. Compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law
MYWARDROOP complies with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law) and Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) regulations.
Customers retain all rights granted under UAE law for defective or unsafe products.
