MYWARDROOP Return & Refund Policy

1. Standard Return Window

We offer a 30‑day return period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  2. Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  3. With all original tags attached
  4. In its original packaging
  5. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

4. Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  2. Custom or personalized products
  3. Print‑on‑Demand (POD) items, unless defective or incorrect
  4. Personal care and beauty products, unless damaged or incorrect
  5. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  6. Gift cards
  7. Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

5. Print‑on‑Demand (POD) Items

POD items are produced specifically for your order. These items are non‑returnable unless:

  1. The print is incorrect
  2. The item arrives damaged
  3. The size or product differs from what was ordered
  4. There is a manufacturing defect

We will replace or refund defective POD items at no additional cost.

6. Beauty & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care items cannot be returned unless:

  1. The product arrives damaged
  2. The product is defective
  3. The wrong item or shade was delivered

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

·       MYWARDROOP covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping for all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.
  2. Once approved, return the item.
  3. Place a new order for the desired item.

9. UAE Consumer Rights

If you are located in the United Arab Emirates, you are protected under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law).

Under UAE law:

  1. Defective or damaged items are eligible for refund, replacement, or repair, even if they fall under a non‑returnable category.
