At MyWardroop, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Print-on-demand (POD) items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mywardroop@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us to initiate an exchange request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
