1. OVERVIEW

Welcome to MYWARDROOP (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this online store to provide customers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with curated fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and print‑on‑demand (“POD”) products (“Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your emirate of residence, and that minors using the Services do so under your supervision.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

We offer two categories of products:

(a) Print‑on‑Demand (POD) Items

POD items are custom‑made and produced by a third‑party POD manufacturing partner. Production begins only after your order is placed.

Because POD items are custom‑produced:

  1. They may have slight variations in color, print alignment, or material
  2. Production timelines are controlled by the POD partner, not MYWARDROOP
  3. They cannot be cancelled once production begins
  4. They are non‑returnable, except in cases of defects or incorrect items
  5. MYWARDROOP is not the manufacturer of POD items

(b) Standard Products from UAE Wholesalers

We also source products from third‑party wholesalers based in the UAE.
This means:

  1. Stock availability may vary
  2. Packaging or appearance may differ slightly from images
  3. Supplier restocking timelines may affect availability
  4. MYWARDROOP is not the manufacturer of these products

We strive to display products accurately; however, actual colors or appearance may vary due to device settings or supplier variations.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is considered accepted once payment is processed and production or fulfillment begins.

POD Orders

POD orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Standard Product Orders
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been picked, packed, or handed over to our logistics partner.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You represent that all purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

5. PRICES, BILLING & TAXES

All prices are listed in AED and may change without notice. Prices exclude shipping, handling, VAT, customs, or other applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and fees.

6. SHIPPING, STORAGE & DELIVERY (Dubai Only)

Third‑Party Logistics Provider (3PL)

We use a third‑party logistics partner for:

Storage
Inventory handling
Pick & pack
Last‑mile delivery
Return processing (where applicable)

Because a third‑party handles fulfillment:

  1. Delivery timelines depend on the 3PL’s operational capacity
  2. Storage conditions are managed by the 3PL
  3. MYWARDROOP is not liable for damage caused during storage or transit unless required by UAE law

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines within Dubai are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational constraints. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed to the courier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or undelivered, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate delivery information
  2. Ensuring availability at the delivery location
  3. Responding to courier communication
  4. Collecting packages promptly

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability may incur additional charges.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, and layouts is owned by MYWARDROOP or its licensors and protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third‑party tools. These tools are offered “as is” without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the third‑party’s terms.

9. THIRD‑PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these websites. Any transactions with third‑party providers are solely between you and the provider.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify powers our store but is not responsible for any sales, transactions, or issues arising between you and MYWARDROOP. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.

11. PRIVACY POLICY & UAE PDPL COMPLIANCE

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

We collect personal data for:

  1. Order processing
  2. Delivery
  3. Customer support
  4. Fraud prevention
  5. Account management

Your data may be shared with:

  1. Third‑party POD manufacturers
  2. UAE wholesalers
  3. Third‑party logistics partners
  4. Shopify (as our hosting provider)

Because Shopify hosts our store, your data may be transferred outside the UAE.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with PDPL.

12. FEEDBACK

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, modify, and publish such content for business purposes.

You represent that you own or have rights to all feedback submitted.

13. ERRORS & INACCURACIES

We may occasionally correct errors or update information related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such inaccuracies.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services to:

  1. Violate UAE federal or emirate‑level laws
  2. Infringe intellectual property rights
  3. Harass or harm others
  4. Upload malicious code
  5. Engage in fraudulent activity
  6. Interfere with security features
  7. Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

15. FRAUD PREVENTION

We may:

  1. Cancel suspicious orders
  2. Request identity verification
  3. Block accounts involved in fraudulent activity
  4. Report fraud to UAE authorities

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  1. Weather
  2. Natural disasters
  3. Political events
  4. Supply chain disruptions
  5. Courier strikes
  6. System outages
  7. Third‑party operational failures

17. AGENTS

 If you use automated agents or software to interact with the Services, they must comply with Shopify’s agent requirements.

18. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 

Except as required under UAE Consumer Protection Law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the Services.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the extent permitted under UAE law, MYWARDROOP is not liable for:

  1. Delays caused by third‑party POD manufacturers
  2. Variations in POD print quality
  3. Supplier stock shortages
  4. Courier delays or mishandling
  5. Damage caused during storage or transit
  6. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law) regarding defective or unsafe products.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify MYWARDROOP and Shopify against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of UAE law.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable under UAE law, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

24. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without notice.

25. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including:

  1. Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law)
  2. Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) regulations

26. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated as required by UAE law. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
