Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Dubai, UAE. Fulfillment is handled via our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partner, covering warehousing, inventory management, pick & pack, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
Processing Times
- Standard products: 1–2 business days
- Print-on-demand (POD) items: 2–5 business days
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard products: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- POD items: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery Notifications
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our logistics partner will make additional attempts or contact you directly. We are unable to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable except as required under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at mywardroop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Split Shipments
Orders containing both standard and POD items may be shipped separately.
